Young Lawyers Division
In late 2012, the Omaha Bar Association approved the formation of the Omaha Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD). The OBA is excited to expand its offerings specifically for the younger lawyers in the community, and looks forward to engaging its entire membership in support of this development.
Membership in the YLD is free and automatic for all OBA members either (1) under the age of 36, or (2) with 5 or few years in law practice. The Young Lawyers Division is lead by an Executive Council made up of YLD members, and includes 2 law students (1 Creighton, 1 UNL).
Unique YLD events and activities will take place throughout the year. You are encouraged to continue to check the OBA website's calendar to find upcoming meetings and event listings.
